Safety
The TU Delft – Leiden iGEM lab is located in the Biotechnology building of Delft Univeristy of Technology (TU Delft) in Delft, the Netherlands. The team is well aware of the risks that dealing with genetically modified organisms represent. Therefore, this kind of material is going to be handled cautiously and under the appropriate safety measurements. On daily bases, when required, we will make use of the standard safety equipment (lab coat, laminar flow hood, globes, face shield, lab goggles, etc.) in order to ensure the safety of all the iGEM members and other people around.
