Overview
It is known that the length of anti-sense is related to its repression efficiency (Nakashima 2006), but it is not yet found that the detail between length of anti-sense and their repression efficiency. To make relationship between the length of asRNA and its repression efficiency clear, we help you make anti-sense constructs. If it were made to be clear that repression efficiency is related to anti-sense length, we would be able to make the anti-sense library that has many kinds of anti-sense which has each repression efficiency in the future.
