Ran PCR to remove prefix from pHBD39-41. Gel extraction only gave good concentration for pHBD41. Transformed all into MACH1 cells + plated @ 10uL and 60uL. PCR’ed HybB promoter and SB3K3 with DMSO for Gibson. Ran parts on gel and excised for extraction tomorrow morning. Made solutions of all paint components Grew up Turbo and LSR10 cells for biocompatibility assay Left cells overnight in solutions for biocompatibility assay
