Want to participate in iGEM? Start a team! Whether you're a student or an instructor, you can start at team at your university.

More specific information on how to start a team will be added soon but in the meantime, start thinking about the following:

  1. Every team must have two instructors
  2. Teams are generally between 6 to 12 students, from any discipline
  3. Start fundraising now! Will students get stipends? What about reagents? Remember to budget for travel to the Giant Jamboree!
