How to Pay Your iGEM 2014 Team Registration Fees

Note: Check or wire transfer are the only payment methods currently accepted. In order to qualify for the early registration discount, payments must be received by February 28, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT and paid via check or wire transfer. Credit card payments can be made beginning March 1, 2014.

Cost:

Team participation in iGEM 2014-Collegiate Division, participation in the iGEM Workshop, and associated materials and support. All teams will compete in the Giant Jamboree in Boston, Massachusetts.

Regular Registration $3,500 USD Deadline: March 31, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT Payment by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment of $3500 USD must be received by the deadline.
Late Registration $4,000 USD Deadline: May 1, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT Payment of $4000 USD by credit card, check, or wire transfer. ALL payments must be received by May 1, 2014.

Early registration discount: Register and pay via wire transfer or check by February 28 and receive a $500 discount!

Multiple Team Discount: Register one team and get $1000 each additional team from the same school!
If your school wants to register more than one iGEM 2014 team, your PI must register and pay for the first team and then contact iGEM HQ for the discount code to register and pay for the additional teams.

Terms:

Registration payments made by check or wire transfer AND received by February 28, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT receive an early payment discount of $500.

Payment of $3500 team registration fee must be received by iGEM by March 31, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT.

Payments after March 31, 2014 at 11:59pm EDT will increase $500 to a total of $4000 USD.

All payments must be received on or before May 1, 2014.

Refund Policy:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to HQ at-sign igem.org prior to May 1, 2014. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

After registering your team with iGEM on the team registration page HERE, you must complete the iGEM 2014 Team Payment form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2014.
