Goodbye Azodye UCL iGEM 2014

Primer Design Rationale

Primers for PpAzoR, 1B6, BsCotA, BsDyP, PpDyP and BsAzoR for the purpose of adding the BioBrick prefix and suffix as shown in the figure below. The figures following represent the rationale behind each primer design


We also designed primers for the site-directed mutagenesis of B16 in order to remove two illegal PstI sites.
