Notebook – Protocol – 7. Ligation

1. Ligation reaction was as follow:

  • Insert DNA, 2,5 ul*
  • Plasmid DNA, 1.5 ul*
  • Ligation kit (Takara), 5 ul
  • Total volume, 10 ul
    * final quantity insert DNA > plasmid DNA

2. Samples were incubated at 4 oC for overnight (inside a refrigerator).
