Nowadays, with great efforts, scientists have designed large quantities of gene pathways, both efficient and steady. Synthetic biology has come from an era when simple “parts” are pieced together into “modules”, to the era when module-class biounits are assembled into complicated biological system. Nevertheless, there are five challenges in synthetic biology. This summer, to face with these challenges in synthetic biology, iGEM team of SYSU-Software has made an analysis and drawn a conclusion that even the simplest gene pathways are involved in system complexities. Therefore, the prior consideration for future synthetic biology is to figure out these problems originally. Our project intends to resolve the problems applying software framing. To realize our goal, we abstract and model the gene pathways data on the computer. Then, we design software based on our framing. After it, we develop the innovative gene pathways upon designed framework and finally we achieve a further improvement of the entire flow.
