First year of master in cancerology. I was very happy to participate to this competition, I think it's a real human and scientific adventure. We can meet a lot of people that have the same interest that us. "Information is not knowledge. The only source of knowledge is experience."

Third year of license in Systems and Information Technology. I decided to participate of iGEM because I'm enthusiastic to work in a multi-domain project and meet many people from all over the world. "The greater our knowledge increases the more our ignorance unfolds." John F. Kennedy

Hi! I am a first year master student in mathematics. I take part in iGEM because i love all kind of science, and iGEM is a great opportunity to do some biology! "If i have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants. ” Isaac Newton

I study mechanical engineering (1st year undergraduate) . For me, IGEM is a great experience in biology which is not my area of expertise. This is a very interesting field and it can be linked to mechanical engineering for working on a complete project.

This is my first year of iGEM and I am a student in third year of biology degree. I also learned general lab practices in a team working on DNA repair when I was intern. I came for iGEM because of the student driven research aspect. It’s a great opportunity to improve my skills and to share my interests in biology. “The science of today is the technology of tomorrow.” Edward Teller
