From the project choice to the wiki design and presentation, all the work has been done by students, be it the design of the constructs, the experimental work or the modeling.

Even though work on the bench and behind the bench was done by each student, every student had the responsibility of a particular task. Daniel was responsible for the lab, Maximilian for the Sponsoring and the chip design, Nadine for the administrative work, Stefanie for Human Practice and the lab practical work; Claude for the Wiki and for the diffusion model, Elise for the model, Sumana for the iGEM site watch and for model simulations.

We highly appreciated the introduction and support Verena Jäggin provided us in flow cytometry. Her help allowed us to analyse the expression of the recombinase TP910 in more details.

Dr. Tania Roberts taught us how to conduct Gibson assembly. She did not only provide us with materials and protocols, but also helped us to elaborate important texts in English. We could profit a lot, thanks.
