Problem:
How can we quantify promoter activity?
Solution:
Spinach RNA allows us to measure RNA concentration using fluorometry
Result:
We have developed a method that can be used to measure absolute promoter activity
How can we quantify gene expression? The spinach protocol gives a flourescence dependent on expression. Shit worked yo.
