This is a TEMPORARY version of the Check-In form.

If the Check-In form is not working, you can use this text version to submit a Check-In by email.

Instructions:

  1. Copy all the text inside the green box, and paste it into a text editor, such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac). (It is a bad idea to use Microsoft Word for this task.)
  2. Fill in answers to the questions. Remember to save your work frequently!
  3. Open a new email. Address it TO: safety (at) igem (dot) org.
  4. (If you so desire, add other team members to the CC: line.)
  5. In the Subject: line of your email, please include your team name.
  6. Copy the whole text of your form (including all the questions and answers), and paste it into the body of the email.
  7. Send your email!

We will respond as quickly as we can. For most Check-Ins, we should be able to respond within a few days, but we promise to respond to all Check-Ins within one week, unless you are sending your Check-In after September 30th.
