Picked colonies containing pHBD 54, 55, 56, and 57 (CsgA tagged with SpyTag, Synzip 1, Synzip 4, and SynZip 5 respectively) and inoculated them in LSR10s and PHLs.

After cells reached OD600 of 0.6, 50mL of cells of with each plasmid were stimulated with 150ul of 1M IPTG, and were incubated over the weekend on a shaker at 25 celsius.
