This checklist contains everything you will need for setting up transformation

        • DNA

- A helper plasmid for agrobacterium mediated transformation - Your T-DNA plasmid for agrobacterium mediated transformation [see the MoClo plate].

- Competent E-Coli (chemically/electro) - Electrocompetent agrobacteria

        • Marchantia

- Marchantia sporangia OR - Male and female Marchantia polymorpha [from the garden]

        • Misc

- Gamborg's B5 salt mix - LB/SOC for bacterial transformation and growth - 100mM Acetosyringone

        • Equipment

- Ventilated cupboard/room/box under full illumination [larger space = more transformations]
