Testing the promotor collection ( CP1, CP11, CP29, CP30, CP41, CP44) with NisA-terminator-RBS and Superfolded GFP-terminator-RBS
 
Nis A-terminator-RBS was ligated only with CP29 and CP44 from the promoter collection
Superfolded GFP- terminator-RBS was ligated with all the promotors from the collection.
