Agarose gel extraction

Procedure

1. Perform the gel extraction according to Thermo Scientific GeneJET Gel Extraction Kit Manual.
2. Elute in 30 μl buffer
3. Run eluate twice through the column in order to increase DNA yields
4. Perform gel electrophoresis to control the gel extraction.
5. Store at -20 °C
